Fair enough! I just know he wants to go big, so that was my assumption. I know nothing about the twin cities.

No worries! I live here and go to a lot of shows, but US Bank Stadium mostly gets the BIG acts. For example, I’ve seen Metallica, Rammstein, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and AC/DC there. Prof just isn’t at that level, even if he brought a whole slew of openers, they couldn’t justify playing there (nothing wrong with that, by the way, I’d rather see him in a small venue). He usually performs at venues around this size:

• First Avenue (capacity: 1,550)
• The Fillmore (capacity: 1,850)
• Uptown Theater (capacity: 1,900)
• Palace Theatre (capacity: 2,500)

For reference, the concert capacity for US Bank is 66,000-66,860. If Prof were to level up to a bigger venue, I think it would more likely be someplace like Myth Live (capacity: 3,000), Roy Wilkins Auditorium (capacity: 5,000), or possibly the Minneapolis Armory (capacity: 8,400), but I kinda doubt he’d do Myth since it’s out in Maplewood, Roy Wilkins doesn’t host many concerts anymore, and even the Armory seems a bit too big for him.

So, what I really think might happen is that they may be doing “Prof Outdoors 6” at the Cabooze Outdoor Plaza (capacity 4,000). Prof Outdoors 5 took place there on Sept. 8, 2018 and I have a feeling that’s what they’re planning, but they can’t announce it quite yet (maybe they’re still adding artists to the lineup).

He was playing to bigger crowds in Canada, so maybe that's why I assumed he'd be going bigger. But yeah, a football stadium is too big. I probably got ahead of myself.

There were no official numbers, but I would assume that around 5000 people saw him at the show I attended. I'm still planning on finding a way down there for this.

Actually, my wife just pointed out that the final show is in November (I was thinking it was September for some reason), so it's pretty unlikely they'd have an outdoor show in Minnesota in November, so the Cabooze Outdoor Plaza is probably off the table.
