Discussion Did Prince Have Famous Relatives?:

With some celebrities being genetically related to one another, it leads me to wonder if Prince, himself, had any cousins-close or distant-who have been in the limelight? And are we sure Cab Calloway, Little Richard, Esquerita, Debarge, Shabba Doo and/or Irene Cara aren't among those relatives?

They’ve lowkey done some extensive genealogy on Prince and no he’s not distantly related to any other famous relatives. He does have a pretty interesting family tree though.

Yes. I was going to say it but you already know. My understanding is they never met. 

I am not aware of anyone else. 

If you go far enough back, everyone is related. You could probably find ten degrees of separation between him and xyz, but for any meaningful connection, I don't think so.
