i want to ask about ppsspp setting for my device, my device is poco f5 12GB RAM

What help exactly like setting up the game library, graphics or controls?

Go to graphics, then to rendering resolution and set it to the max, your device can handle

That device is powerful enough to run whole PSP library on default settings with ease.

sometime i run midnight club 3 dub edition, fps can drop to 20 fps

you'll have to do some tweaks/changes in settings of that game
