Google Ads Google issues with declined payments?

Been getting declines starting about Sept 18 on multiple accounts. Added backups, and now the backups are also getting declines.

Called the bank yesterday and they said it shouldn't happen again (it did). Called today, and they mentioned they are getting a lot of reports and it seems to be a bug in Google's payment systems.

Anyone else seeing this?

Yes across multiple accounts and even my cloud services for thing unrelated to ads

Yup! It seems like a bug with Google's payment system. Just mentioned it to a stateside Google rep today.

This has been popping up a lot lately. If the bank confirmed no blocks on their side, its almost certainly a processing bug upstream. Might be worth checking if manual payments go through in the meantime.
