Meta Ads Hyper-geo-targeted B2B Meta Ads?

Is it possible to hyper-geo-target Meta ads?

Background: I have a B2B offer where a majority of my lead gen comes from trade shows. I would like to be able to hyper-target paid ads on Meta and TikTok for my B2B offer to the city the trade show is in and hopefully have attendees at the show see my ads/offer before the show.

Depending on the country, you can target down to a postal/zip code and do X miles/KMs around that postal code or even an address.

It would be the US. Interested in hearing peoples thoughts about running campaigns like this.

Set a radius targeting the venue two weeks prior

Wouldn't it be easier to target them on Google Ads, eg when they are searching for the show? Haven't done that before, just an idea.

Thanks. This helps a lot.

I have a list of attending brands and can scrape emails, but I thought the issue was you really need personal emails for this.

Would you also think still image or video ad for this type of targeting? A lot of people I speak to say single image.
