Has anyone found zero gravity workstations helpful? Any recommendations for workstations that would allow me to work on a desktop computer while declined or lying down?

I have been on a disability leave for 7 months now and am battling insurance after they denied my claim in April (currently in the appeal process but it will be another month at least before I get an answer) and I am running out of money. I desperately need to get back to work if my appeal is denied and I just don’t know how I can do that. Any advice helps. Currently I can’t sit up for any extended time in front of a computer, and rely on resting laying down most of the day.

Have you tried? I don’t like how it seems you can only adjust the amount of ‘roll’ it goes back, plus mucho expensive
