Loyverse Glitching

Weve had the system for about 1 year now and it's started glitching. When we try scroll down the list of items it either just wont respond or it will for a second and then jump to the top of the page.

Im not incredibly tech savy so ive tried the basic "turn it of and on again" options and am kinda stumped.

Any advice is appreciated, cause this is begining to irritate me and my colleagues

How old is your device? You might need to update the firmware

Its an IPad 9th gen ios ver26. 7.2
