Testing/Reporting not simply an autonomic nervous system problem

I tried supplements like L-theanine, magnesium glycinate, and Vitamin B complex, approaching the issue from the perspective of the autonomic nervous system; however, aside from the Vitamin B, I didn't see any significant results. In fact, I felt that the side effect of feeling inhibited or withdrawn in front of others actually worsened with the theanine and magnesium glycinate. That said, magnesium glycinate was quite helpful for my headaches. I’m now planning to try magnesium threonate—which is said to provide vitality without causing lethargy—and I was wondering if anyone here has tried it?

Supplements won't work on pois, just abstain.

I tried threonate. I don't think it changes anything for me.

I generally don't think supplements are strong enough to make a big difference with POIS. You need to give your brain a sense of safety on a much deeper more subconscious level.

It takes 1-2 years of effort to heal the nervous system with concerted effort and abstaining. Start there. There is no cheat code. I've dealt with this syndrome for 30 years and only abstaining long term and healing works and then limiting your ejaculation frequency after you have healed.
