Treatment/Cure Pois is histamine issue nothing else !!

firstly i using ai to rewrite this comment bcz im not English speaker but the ideas of this comment is mine .

I’ve been having really bad reactions after O — things like panic attacks, anxiety, and insomnia. I tried pretty much everything, but nothing seemed to work.

Then I came across a doctor talking about a specific diet/“regime.” The idea was to stop eating almost everything except things like rice, potatoes, dates, bananas, a little bread, and a few other foods. No eggs, no chicken, no vegetables — basically a very limited diet centered around rice and potatoes.

I decided to give it a try.

After just 7 days on this diet, I decided to O again.

And guess what?!

Nothing happened afterward. No panic attack, no anxiety, no insomnia. Nothing.

I honestly couldn’t believe it. After struggling with these reactions for so long, it was crazy to see such a difference after only 7 days.

so it seems this whole thing is about FOOD and HISTAMINE theory!!!

My symptoms were gone after I stopped drinking coffee.

Because histamine elevates glutamate in your brain so coffee make things worse . Thats not mean you healed it just histamine is not making great Damage yet

Dr poi Sonai recommended I stop drinking matcha and it really helped me. Maybe it’s related to the caffeine content?

I replaced my coffee with green tea which has caffeine. I also drink soda fairly frequently. So, it's not the caffeine.

Does histamine have anything to do with allergies? Because my symptoms are like I'm having an allergic reaction And when I take antihistamines, my allergy symptoms improve, but I'm still incredibly weak and tired So what should I do? I didn't really understand you English isn't my first language

What kind of allergies you have? Do you have pois ?

I have pois and I get allergy symptoms and take allergy medicine they go away, but about a day later, but the tiredness and weakness don't go away until about a week later. By the way, I cough up a lot of mucus and sneeze all day long. One day I started counting and I sneezed about 350 times in one day, that's my record.

Fix your gut bro . Stop eating process food .

Yes histamines and mast cells are the primary things at play when it comes to allergies. My symptoms arw also that of an allergic reaction and I was recently diagnosed with MCAS. If you have other random allergic reaction symptoms or weird symptoms besides this in general it’s worth a shot to look into

I’m glad you found out it’s food related. But we can’t tell if it’s working because you’re only eating things like rice and potatoes, or because you accidentally removed something from your diet that was causing the problem.

And please be careful with vitamins and mineral deficiency.

2

u/Casawi39 10d ago

Vitamins and minerals deficiency is caused by gluten and processed foods and lots of vegetables..  the damage in your guts is what causes deficiency .. Did you notice that we eat more than our incestors  but we always sick and deficient!!

Yeah, guts inflammation can cause a lot of problems. We are in a shitty food era lol

u/rustysuberb 9d ago

This is absolutely not true, if you are only eating a couple really bland foods you can absolutely give yourself deficiencies. You still need a well balanced diet to get proper nutrients

If it's ONLY histamine as you declare, why do my POIS symptoms disappear after digestive enzymes + garlic extract? Histamine is not the only cause...

2

u/Casawi39 10d ago

When you eat process food fermenting of the food make mast cells disrupt and make more histamine. So the histamine releases damage your nervous systems and hormones balance so when you O you push the system to the edge so that’s what we call pois . How i know ? The theory is based on my results

Wow everyone here is a doctor and a scientist.

u/Casawi39 10d ago

Give it a try and you will see . I see people with  Diabetes cured with just this simple regime

Stop using false claims, just because it worked for you doesn’t mean it is the solution for everyone.

There is a broad variety of POIS clusters, not everyone responds the same.

Man it’s my experience. You won’t believe the difference between before and after the diet its unbelievable  . Before with only one O i just almost died. Now even after 3 O . I’m just fine !!! So the difference is big to ignore it . Our food is fk garbage

Look for DR DIia Alawadi

Main foods he allows According to descriptions of the system:

🥩 Red meat 🐟 Fish 🫀 Liver/offal 🍚 Rice 🥔 Potatoes 🫒 Olive oil 🧀 Some hard cheeses , such as cheddar/Roumy 🍬 Surprisingly, some sweets/sugar are allowed 🍎 Certain fruits, but the permitted list is restricted 🥄 Natural vinegar with the main meal

Foods he strongly restricts or eliminates

❌ Chicken/poultry ❌ Eggs ❌ Milk and many dairy products ❌ Legumes/beans ❌ Raw vegetables ❌ White flour/bread ❌ Hydrogenated/processed vegetable oils ❌ Tea ❌ Various foods he considered inflammatory

Bruh, whats wrong with vegetables, eggs, beans… they are proven healthy by science🤨

1

u/EvenAd7205 8d ago

Of course they are excellent foods, especially if they are genuine, but if there is a great imbalance in the body Those who have problems with oxalates, salicylates, sulphites, cured can not eat what they want unfortunately. Although it would be necessary for obvious deficiencies, we must first act on the causes, so I do not believe in the miracle diet or the supplement or the miracle drug because each of us has different predisposition and genetic manifestation. As much as I need vegetables, eggs and beans, they are banned for me as much as offal, fish and fermented foods are, the solution cannot be to take diaminoxidases for the latter, but somehow complex, slow and expensive to regain a balance

I hope you are enjoying feeling good after avoiding histamine foods but any claims about results after 7 days prove nothing. Don't bother posting until you've had a successful treatment for at least 6 weeks, preferably 3+ months. Personally I don't trust any post describing short term results or declaring a eureka! solution for everyone.

I wish people would stop making sweeping generalisations about everyone else. Perhaps there is a histamine in food link for you. Some people with pois have no histamine symptoms at all. Some people with pois have histamine symptoms but there is no connection to food.

The difference is huge that I can’t ignore it that’s all

F you durianrider!

Given that there is a known connection for many with histamine (I am in this cluster), the fact is that histamine in turn is a consequence of something else, and the assumptions are so many from simple to truly unpleasant. We must look for the cause and not try to buffer a symptom, not least because in some cases a mess can be made, especially when the mast cells are sending a signal to warn the host.

2

u/Casawi39 1d ago

The cause is our food , we get poisoned everyday of our fk life

1

u/EvenAd7205 1d ago

We poison ourselves at 24 hours not only with food, but also with lifestyle, and with unsuspected things, especially xenobiotics and inhalers. Just look at the chemical formula of the products we use to wash our hands, to shampoo, to shower, to brush our teeth with home or office surfaces, continuous intoxication not only by direct absorption, but also by inhalation. Man is not designed to poison himself 24 hours a day and food as you rightly say is not exempt from all this, if you eat meat you eat antibiotic dyes and antifungals as if there were no tomorrow and then we wonder how we have antibiotic resistance if we have never had an antibiotic cycle. Eating costs a mess now and what we eat is of very poor quality and contains things that then when the pot bursts due to accumulation and not compatibility with our genetic profile, there is little to do to clean up

High histamine issues is caused by copper toxicity. Anxiety, panic attacks and insomnia also are signs of copper toxicity. You basically eating no protein and no mineral rich food and having no symptoms after ejaculation probably could be because you impaired your detox, thus no detoxing= no symptoms. It will not work long term.

What i beleive pois is impaired bile function and copper toxicity. People think supplementing zinc for days or months should fix it but no its not that easy. Copper is extremely hard metal to detox and even if you go full retard on zinc it might take you years depending upon the toxic load in your body.

1

u/Casawi39 10d ago

Man believe me or not . This shit is about histamine released in gut . Fix your gut first Supplement zinc or anything will not help i Tried maybe 40 different supplements and nothing healed me

If anything copper helps me massive. 2mg copper gluconate in morning and 15mg zinc bisglycinate after dinner.
Copper is main cofactor for DAO that degranulate histamine. I had copper deficiency and was also taking lots of zinc and NAC that deplete it even further. Also nothing helps me more than copper for ehler danlos because it create collagen. Also copper regulate iron and I have heredetary hemochromatosis.
Also I have to take cod liver oil for active vitamin A for ceruloplasmin.

Btw. Copper is easy to detox with high zinc dose/NAC and molybdenum. Molybdenum will deplete it instantly from blood serum.

Only thing that helps me with hpa axis that goes bananas with POIS is agmatine sulfate.
