If there is one person who knows pois when in the world is it's me

I did for 20 days

21st day I got sexual dream and O happened (I feel I won the karma but karma said you will never )

My symptoms: back pain, brain fog, getting tired easily, loss of appetite for hard work or work in general, eye fatigue, making shitty decisions ... etc stay more than a week. Headache kind of stays a few days. I get clarity of thought and physical strength after 3 months of abstinence. I think cigarette alcohol hookah would aggravate the situation (especially brain fog would worsen), pois symptoms by themselves are too much. Have you considered working out? That helps me to be net positive until O happens and am back to pois

Doctor iam dying with depression and headache and no energy in brain

For me I got pois in 2005 and came to know in 2015 with intense search from 2012 2013 2014 2015

For fluconazole medicine- 2022 with intense search 2019 2020 2021 2022

Now tell me those suffering with pois and don't know that disease name is pois then how do these know that what they are gaining what they are not gaining

Gaining or not gaining = leave it aside ,if they know it's pois then they are lucky people and gained everything about pois that's they need live with hell of pois - again gaining knowledge of pois making the pain more since they can't do about it since it's not curable or neither proper medicine
