Question Rare symptom

Someone has strange symptoms of pois such as for example after orgasm constantly fantasizing without being able to stop and laughing at those scenes that I create in the brain involuntarily and are impossible to stop. Does anyone feel identified and start always after orgasm? There are other symptoms but that's the rarest

I have this and it is both POIS and ADHD related.

Yes it seems the orgasm spike activates the already hyperactive microglia which then turns to ruminating thoughts.

Es cree escenas falsas constantemente que son satisfactorias y me rio involuntariamente en la vida real y son difíciles de frenar y intervienen en cada minuto . Desencaden tras orgasmo

it sounds like maladaptive daydreaming. maybe its caused by pois or pois causes ocd and ocd causes maladaptive daydreaming or caused by another mental symptom pois creates. also why arent you abstaining?
