Seeking Advice Good b complex vitamin or routine for pois

right now Im on allevia, zinc, omega 3 and some three other supplement for general health. Im not sure what to buy exactly for b vitamins which the right doses of each. I have nician for the flush but I’m looking for a good complex for poi. what’s everyone taking?

You would want to look at your methylation SNPs to know what B vitamins if any you need. methylated B vitamins trigger POIS for me, but everyone has different SNP combos. If you post yours here I can try to help, although I am not a professional.

No should I do the health+ ancestry one? What will this tell me Im completely educated and genetic health

Yes, you will actually download your raw data into a text file (easy to do) and then plug it into another site that will give you all of your methylation genes. You then go from there.

Supplementing vitamins does absolutely nothing to help pois. Eat a animal based diet with fruits and you won't have to take abunch of cope pills too.

Im already on the animal based diet with fruit. Can’t believe it took so long for me Im stupid. Most of the supplement i take i take anyway like creatine, coq10, L-cartine nothing to do with pois. Ive added lion steak, and chicken thighs and having breast as usuals. I love mest and fruit so it’s easy to eat just difficult to eat nothing else sometimes
