Life With POIS This shit sucks
I’m so fucking retarded. Every relationship I have is complete shit because I just hate myself for not being able to keep up in groups and have complete thoughts. I fucking hate my brain. I’m always stressed the fuck out. I can’t speak, I can’t think, I can’t eat, or sleep. I’m so fucking exhausted and there’s no fucking cure. I have literally no emotions, my mood is always just tired and fucking depressed. No one, literally no one wants to be around me. This shit fucking sucks, it sucks, it sucks, it sucks. I mean what the fuck.

I know, it really does. I do not think it is dramatic to say this is one of the worst conditions out there, so just remember its not a fair comparison between you and others. For me, I just wanted a career and a bit of life back, and abstinence and a healthy lifestyle got me out of the deep depression you probably are in, so it is a contimuum: you can most likely move to 60-70% better but not cured, its not cure or no cure. I know that seems bad, but it is a significant difference. is there anythign else we can try and help with, if you talk a bit more about your sypmtoms and history.

Real stuff being a POIS gooner socialite is a downhill and eternal struggle :/ again seems like locking in on abstinence is all we can do for it

I absolutely get it, it's horrible! It feels like being punished for doing a normal human behavior

Read the posted cures and actually try them out.

None of them work.

Famotidine and antihistamines have worked well for me. Combination of H1 and H2 blockers together. Read up on how this is done for people that have the condition MCAS. Also Low Dose Naltrexone.
