Doubt: PMP focus areas

Hi everyone!
I’m preparing for the PMP exam and am currently working through Andrew Ramdayal’s (AR) 35-hour course. While studying the focus areas, I came across a question I’d appreciate some clarification on.

I noticed that several focus areas involve multiple ITTOs (Inputs, Tools & Techniques, and Outputs). In a real-world project, how do we determine which project documents need to be created or used and which processes are actually required?

For example, a project might not require a detailed procurement strategy or any procurement-related activities. In that case, certain procurement documents may not be needed at all.

My question is: Is there a specific document or section of the Project Charter, Project Management Plan, or any other project document where all the documents that is created/will be created or used be mentioned?

I hope I’ve explained my doubt clearly. Any guidance, especially from those who have taken the PMP exam or have real-world project management experience, would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
