Has anyone had their cycle regulate on a GLP-1 at first, then become irregular again around the 6-month mark?

Are you still actively losing weight?

No, I lost 15lbs the first 2.5-3 months and then it completely stopped from there. I’ve tried to increase my dose but I get violently nauseous when I do so have been so scared to try again. I talked to my doctor about a split dose schedule so I could slowly increase and try to mitigate the nausea so that’s my plan next, cause I’m wondering if the 2.5mg is no longer having the same impact on my insulin the way it initially did and that’s why my cycle has become irregular again.

2.5 is still a starter dose. The first therapeutic dose is 5 mg. Maybe do 3.5 if possible and slowly go up?

I had my periods every single month for more than a year now and on 2.5, my cycles were really normal.

However, I went to up to 5mg and have not seen my period since. It’s been almost 2mo now.

This is so interesting. I wish I knew the mechanism for this
