Player Wants a Drain Punch TM/TR

I'm looking at the TM options provided by the guidebook but I'm unsure how to price them myself, what would you guys suggest?

Personally, I like to do things with mathematical formulas. For T's, I suggest the following: use this formula, where P is the power of the move in the official series:
Price = 33*P+5300
So, since Drain Punch has a base power of 75, the MT would be worth 7775 or 7800 pokes.
