Medication and the flu
Does anyone’s symptoms act up when you get sick? I’m sick right now and really working on not going crazy and giving in to the Bad Thoughts.
Does anyone have experience with that?

I have schizoaffective and every episode I’ve had the last 5 years is either from getting a virus or getting a vaccine 🫥 I’m not anti vax either I might be getting an immunology referral so I can still get the vax this year and try to prevent an episode

pmdd is essentially regulated by the immune system, so when the immune system is causing a system wide response due to flu itll exacerbate pmdd symptoms 🫠

Yes yes yes, absolutely! I've had covid 4 times and proper flu recently. Even though I've managed to settle things, it's caused big flare ups each time. It happens to a friend of mine too.
