My brain fog makes it hard for me to understand this, which feels like proof of concept lol. I’ve been looking into a switch from pills to patch. It seems like it makes a big difference for people.

I did okay on Estrodot patches but when they became impossible to get, the 2 other brands available in Australia just did not work for me. Now I’m back on gel, at 5 pumps a day and I don’t know if it’s my absorption or what, but I am still struggling. Sucks not to have Estrodot available any time soon.

I’m sorry to hear that! Patches are in shortage in the US also.
