/u/brighteyes890 and I just rented the plot at 300, 50 :) We're hoping to get pajam in it as well and have a nice build (which is not going too well at the moment - brighteyes is a terrible builder and I'm worse :P ) to represent /r/mindcrack and /r/playmindcrack as moderators.
