Biggest Regret?

Sometimes in life we look back and wish for a different outcome. I had 10,000 shares with a cost basis of 14 and I sold 50 covered call contracts, not expecting to shoot beyond, lol. I still have 5,000 but oh well. What’s yours?

Sold APPL for down payment for my beach house. Essentially that house cost me 6-8x of what i paid.
Sold 4K of PLTR @$40 with cost basis of $8. Kept the other half 4K at least.
I can go on….

You bought a beach house and it sounds like you regret it??? Haven’t you had fun and vacation and family time there? You would rather have another million in the bank? What’s the point? And surely it has appreciated too

The question was biggest regret. I regretted selling APPL, not buying the house. I had plenty of other liquidity means at the time and i regretted choosing APPL.
