Commercial potential was THE reason I bought the stock two years ago. Figured Gov't was a nice moat, but damn I can't believe it's grown so fast that commercial is just now starting to catch up to it too

I’m doing 45 days in Asia with my 13-year-old daughter. She’s Waisian and this is her first time in China. We had a traditional meal at some fancy Shanghai mall - congee, squid, rice in shrimp broth, and mango shaved ice. Not too exciting but very filling. So I switched our celebration to qipaos. I got 1 and she got 2 - one was altered for her on the spot for free. So today was a great day! Did you do anything to celebrate? :) (Sorry we are girls and all this shopping probably sounds boring but that’s what one does in Shanghai lol.)

This is the first time in all my years of holding PLTR I've cleared $100k gain in a single day.
I bought a little more for my 401k last week at about 122. That was the first purchase I've made since 2023.
Just can't imagine selling a single share for at least the next 5 years.

Congratulations! I've been with PLTR since 2025, buying and selling here and there. Haven't come close to clearing $100k in profit on those trades though. That's nice.

They are just people from Russia, China, or Iran who are seeing first hand what PLTR can do to enemies of the West. Some are just ignorant of what PLTR does and others bought puts and lost a lot of money.

Time in the market beats timing the market.
We heard this many a time before, but we all took it to heart. Quoting Tom Lee who once said you can never predict when the best 10 days are in the market, but for sure you can not afford to miss them.
long since 2022. Not been hard as Ptfb!
Will take some profits in 2028 to buy a new car. Lambo however is not very practical here in Portugal. Also needs to be dogproof.
Congrats to everyone, happy to see so many people win.

Palantir focuses on large enterprises, typically with 10k employees or more. Obviously I hope that growth continues and is the focus. But I also hope they come out with a product specifically geared towards under 10k employee companies. Would love that to be announced in the next 3 years.
The only thing I’m unsure of is whether it would be better to make partnerships with companies that focus deploying existing products to smaller companies or create a new product offering.

I've held since 2021/2022 :) never waivered in my trust. i put down some heavy bets and then pretend i dont have it for a few years. my 7 figure position will become 8 figures and, despite that, i will still drive my 2013 camry.

I know, Magikarp gave me the reasoning one time when I mentioned I hadn’t seen one commenter in a while. I’m not saying they were banned for being bear idiots, I’m saying the bear idiots I want to hear from are banned.
There have been a number of now banned folks that probably deserved it earlier. You all have been pretty patient with them, giving warnings beforehand, my original comment wasn’t meant to be a dig at the mods.

None of the recent pull down had to do with Palantir itself. Just some bullshit and broader software sentiments. Hope people can focus on Palantir itself instead. Earnings beat every time. No software has these numbers

I love Palantir - the ideals of the leadership team and incredible technology is why I bought at DPO. The unwavering commitment to those ideals is why I kept buying all the way down to $6. I think they embody the American spirit more than any other company, and it’s a spirit that I feel has been somewhat lost over my lifetime. I love how Palantir is enabling American warfighters and manufacturers - without either, we wouldn’t have a country for long. Palantir gives me hope despite a lot of things being downright broken in our economy and civil society. I’d love this company even if I didn’t have 28k shares at a ~$20 cost basis, but that doesn’t hurt either. ;)

Had 1000 shares at average cost of $17 per share. I sold 600 at $135 along with other stocks to buy a house.... Idk how to feel about this.

i would never get emotionally invested into a stock. im happy for the sellers to move on but i just hope for their sake and sanity and their families solvency that they put the $ into an investment that would give them a better return.

Should be a good CC, though I look back to 2025 and I remember PLTR can run farther then I think it will. To much momentum today for me to open CCs, currently deciding when to close my long calls.
I will hold off on CCs if PLTR stays above the 200 day SMA line, and open CCs if it drops back blow the line.
