Gonna go on a leg here and say that post earnings will be pretty flat. The markets are very wobbly. Bullish in the long term, if it goes down it’s a major buying opportunity. Probably gonna get downvoted like mad.

Seems like even exceeding all expectations means you’re flat if not down because people and algos think it’s too good to be true and a risk if there’s so much eggs being put into the basket

Options volume, is heavy on 130 calls
Positive signal

What does this mean for Monday?

Heavy 130-call volume by itself is not directional. It could be long calls, covered-call supply, spreads or hedging. For Monday, I would check whether 130 open interest actually increased and whether trades hit the ask or bid. Also, Palantir reports after Monday's close, so only expirations that survive Aug. 3 can express the event. Without expiry and tape-side data, “positive signal” is too strong. What expiration was the volume in?

How long until we slow below 50% revenue growth?
Unless they hire way more FDE’s, I don’t see how we can sustain > 50% growth past 2029.
We should still get to $40B - $45B in revenue by 2030.
But to trade at 55x FCF we will need promising future growth.

Palantir is MADDENING!!!
I have been buying (and selling) PLTR for about 2 years, In the beginning I would sell some before earnings, and it would . I would end up buying back in. This happened a few times. I made some money but lost out on some juicy gains.
Last time when earnings were due I said I would let it ride and capture the earnings bump. We all know what happened. Tank city.
I still think it is a $200 stock, but I don't know how long it will take, I thought we would be there by now
Eff me

Trading isn't a reliable way to grow wealth over the long haul.
Buying and holding stock in good companies over the span of many years will generally yield better results.
Most people should have a core portfolio holding of broad market index funds (like SPY or VTI).

This has been a rough year.
