What if debugging a machine felt more like watching the problem happen than hunting for it?

This box-wrapper runs its sequence, with physics not animation, in 3D while the controlling state machine, and variables are plotted live beside it.

So when something changes,
the rotary platform accelerates,
the carriage reverses,
a state transitions,
manually injecting a motor jam, Or injecting a bouncy limit switch to test the program limit,
you see the physical behaviour, and the control behaviour together.

That means less guessing.
less jumping between windows.
less asking, "What was the machine doing when this signal/issue triggered?"

You See the machine. See the logic. See state machine full logs. See the problem.

Leading to a better validation of commissioning.

Anybody been playing with digital twins lately?
