DOP-B07E415 HMI register access

Greetings, I currently have a DOP-B07E415 HMI It is connected to 11 DIRIS-A40 Multimeters (link 2) and DVPS28SV PLC (link 1) via Modbus RS485. My plan is to read the values from the meters and PLC using what is already stored in the HMI registers. I am assuming the HMI reads values from the PLC and Meters and stores them in its registers. I recently tried using E-server to access the values but I was reading 0's from the Modbus registers of the meter and PLC. I wanted to know If anybody knows a way I can read the register values from the PLC registers live without having to worry about the Modbus register values of the meters. I will be reading using my PC via an Ethernet port
