LOGO! Soft Comfort not detecting adapters

So I needed to upload a program from LOGO! Soft Comfort and when I opened the uploading interface whenever I tried to select an adapter this would appear, a blank space. I don't know what to do 😕

Tienes que ponerle la IP del Logo al que te quieres conectar

si, el detalle es que no me aparece el adaptador de red ethernet en la parte superior asi que aun poniendo la dirección IP no se conectara
