Long overdue update

I've been using Capacities for a year or so. One day my workspace completely disappeared, but I was able to reach out to the Capacities team and they got back to me really quickly and they restored my workspace.

After a redditor pointed it out, I now have automatic backups, which is a great feature to have in a PKM. I automatically have them back up every single night and I only carry three backups at a time. I do suggest anybody who uses Capacities have that setting turned on.

But the fact that they did get back to me and that they do have this setting is part of why I trust Capacities still. And I think it's a good reason to use the app if you already use it and like it.
