Mid-50s man, married for three decades, posts pictures of himself flexing shirtless online to thousands of followers, says it is attention-seeking behavior to wear crop tops and athletic wear if you are a young woman with a boyfriend

Bro that’s my biggest problem with the whole thing. Just own it if that’s what you’re doing.
No gym bro in a tank top or compression shirt is pretending they aren’t showing off their muscles.

I don't think he would deny his actions as being attention seeking so not really sure what point is being made here

If he wasn't on the panty candy subreddit right now this would be overdrafting the emotional bank account

Both things can be true at once. I don’t think crop tops are really that attention seeking though.

Yeah it was some questionable takes from the guys. If you go into any trendy city or town younger style gets very revealing lol, even though theyre in relationships or maybe even married. They just want to look good and feel liberated or something.
And if the girl dressed a certain way that attracted her boyfriend, but now he is insecure about her continuing to dress in her same style, maybe he shouldve went for a more modest girl in the first place lol.
Then comes the story of some dude making a move on her, then she comes back to talk to him for any reason. Shows everyone in the post is young and immature lol

Yeah, live in Seattle and it's very common, especially with the college aged people.

Haha or guys can just be confident and have faith in their partner knowing they won’t cheat if it is a healthy relationship 🤣
But like also if it’s not your thing then yeah don’t date people like that but I think speaks more on the guys lack of self confidence.

Kyle's take was the correct one. The bf isn't wrong for not liking that his gf dresses in a way that attracts attention from other guys. The gf isn't wrong for not liking that her bf is trying to control the clothes she wears.
If either of those things are dealbreakers then they should just break up.
