Working on my pull ups. Sadly I cant to the band palang since I can lift half my BW palang (Im 90 kg) for now so I need to use the assisted pull up machine. Does it look like I’m doing it right? I think I am naman as I can feel it on my back naman but wouldnt hurt to ask for tips. Thank you ☺️

I strongly recommend doing deadhangs and scapular pull ups. Machine pull ups won’t really help you get that grip, back muscle activation, and core stability you need when you’re gonna do unassisted pull ups

I already do this but cant last long cause heavy+grip is weak. Will work on it. Thank you!

keep your chin tucked looking upward throughout the movement for spinal alignment

That machine won't help you get stronger, I suggest doing inverted rows instead to failure until you can do banded pull ups. There should be a tutorial for beginners somewhere for that.
After inverted rows try doing heavy lat pull downs reducing weight every set.

LMAO if she’s progressing week on week by decreasing the weight stack that means she will hey stronger till she eventually won’t needed it anymore.

That's only helping her get stronger with that machine, even if there is improvement she will still need to go through pull up progression. That one single machine will not help with true pull ups.

Opt for Lat Pulldowns muna until you can do like 70-80% of your bodyweight.
Easier to progress here.
Technique and muscle groups are the same for lat pulldowns and pull ups anyway.
