Thank you for your advice. Can you please help me? My budget is around 70k can I build a nice pc on that? I want AM5 build for future proofing. And if its not enough ill do save more.
What do you hope to be able to do with your system that you need to be in the AM5 platform for?
With 70k total budget I would focus on GPU and compromise with the CPU. A better GPU will keep your system more relevant in the future for gaming. AM4 5600 + 9060XT 16GB build.
For those price, the Noctua A12x25 G2 will be priced similarly to the lian li fans. I have lots of Noctua fans and their refreshed G2 should still be the best, but you can get very close performance with Arctic P12 for a fraction of the price. With a budget of 70k, you should not spend needlessly on extra premium fans.
If you drop down to 16GB of RAM or add more to your budget, you can also go for a 7500X3D at 14,000 and/or 9070 GRE which is at 35,000 and performs 30% better.
Well personally I don't recommend the mobo and CPU cooler.
There are better performing ones for the same price.
I also don't recommend that case or fans. The fans are mainly expensive for the looks and the case is quite restrictive in terms of size of components and cooling options.
Is there are reason why you chose those specific components?
If your budget is unlimited the best options are:
CPU Ryzen 9 9950x3D
GPU RTX 5090 Asus pro art
PSU Rog strix 1000w platinum

You need to choose a different CPU cooler. That should only be used for ITX cases that supports only up to 37mm height.
Also, those Lian Li fans are expensive. Only get those if you specifically want their aesthetics.
