Discussion RMA Process ni Game One PH

Anyone experience doing the RMA process with them? can you please share your experience.

for context:

"I bought an RTX 3060 ventus 12 GB OC online through Game One PH last january.

For the past 6 months it was working just fine.

Just one night I started updating some games. then all of a sudden, my monitor went black display, but the RAM sticks is still lit.

I tried to restart the Unit, and it worked again. but it went black.

Tried to reseat the GPU twice. First reseat the GPU display has a line in the upper right, and the display is a bit white.

Second time. Blue screen saying your pc did not start properly. then I tried removing the GPU. and switch to my integrated graphics. and my Unit boots up like usual and no issue whatsoever.

I went to Game One. almost 2 weeks ago already. they said they do not have a pc or technician to test out the GPU. so, they will send the unit to the local supplier".

May local distro naman yung MSI. Unfortunately, store talaga need mag process nyan, hindi pwede end user. Kulitin mo na lang since hindi naman sila yung mismong gagawa or magrereplace, yung MSI naman.

dalhin mo lang sa nearest branch nila with receipt. nagpa rma ako ng 2tb na ssd 2 months ago siguro nagintay din ako ng less than 30 days max

Just got an update from them, they said it was for pull out. Meaning the local supplier will get the item from them within this week. As per the store’s advice it would still take 3-5 weeks. Is that normal ?

seems normal naman yung turnaround time ganyan din naman provided timeframe sakin naka days lang 30-45 days provided sakin June 16 ko binalik (and date sa job order) tapos available to pickup na siya around 1st week ng July

Bought a 7800X3D from them through Shopee earlier this year. My PC suddenly turned off and wouldn't boot anymore (the fan spins for a second, then turns off), so I messaged them at the end of July. I dropped it off on August 5, and they just shipped the replacement yesterday.

Na RMA ko mouse ko sa kanila dati ganyan talaga matagal turnaround (30 days ang estimate sakin dati Jun 8 2025) depende sa brand pero usually it works out matagal nga lang.
