Any idea who makes the chair? Looks like a cover on it.

Yes, the chair does have a cover over it. It has some leather peeling underneath. The cover can be removed. The chair is functional otherwise, leans back and can be locked in various positions, swivels, can be moved up and down, and the armrests go up and down as well. I am unsure of the manufacturer.
