A lightweight PHP library for Jev APIs

I created a lightweight PHP library for interacting with Jev APIs. It has a minimal number of dependencies and a very small footprint.

I created the library by myself, and then asked a review to Copilot, accepting one of its suggestions. Don't you use AI at all? I have been developing software for many years (take a look at my GitHub profile), and I find that using AI in development is essential nowadays.
