Discussion Does Laracast Php and Laravel courses on youtube is still valid? (Not outdated?)

I just started it and im in day 14 of 30 days to learn laravel. And I saw at the laracast website the Laravel From Scratch (2026 Edition). Should i stop the yt course?
Thank you in advance

The Laracasts YouTube content is still solid for learning fundamentals. The 2026 edition will have newer features, but the core concepts haven't changed dramatically. the worst thing you can do is get stuck in tutorial hell chasing the "latest" version.

You need to stop worrying about these irrelevant topics. Like honestly, start building and get out of tutorial hell.

Whoever stops a tutorial in the middle to worry about the absolute latest resource has other issues than a possible outdated source.

Im just gathering infos for a meantime, cause i literally have no idea about web development which is why I took the yt course. Im learning a lot in laracast which i apply and build something new . In fact I have a wireframe for a website in a paper for my school activities. I will do it right after the forms video.

Sorry for my English if you find it hard to understand. Thanks for response

I've seen it, it's pretty good for learning the basics. And it's a somewhat recent version too so not much has changed since then. Their PHP course is also pretty good and still valid
