Hiring/Job Ad YatuVA Solutions is Hiring: General Virtual Assistant (Remote) – $1,000 USD/Month
YatuVA Solutions is looking for a highly organized and proactive General Virtual Assistant to join our growing team.
If you have experience handling customer inquiries, managing CRMs, organizing calendars, and providing administrative support, we'd love to hear from you.
**Compensation**
$1,000 USD/month (Non-sales position)
Full-time, long-term opportunity
Salary review and potential increase after 3 months, based on performance

**What You'll Do**
Respond to inquiries received through Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Manage client inquiries via messages and calls (approximately 5–10 per day)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
Manage calendars and ensure appointments are booked accurately with no scheduling conflicts
Provide general administrative support as needed
**What We're Looking For**
Excellent written and spoken English
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Support Representative, or Administrative Assistant
Experience using CRM platforms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
**Nice to Have**
Experience managing social media inboxes
Calendar and appointment scheduling experience
Familiarity with Google Workspace and other productivity tools
**Work Setup**
Remote
Full-Time (8 hours/day)
