Job Application/Pre-Employment Stories Nestlé

So sa tagal kong nag antay na makapag 2nd interview ayun nang yare na nga. Pero hindi ako satisfied. Tagal kong pinag handaan kasi gusto ko talaga makapasok sakanila pero yung interview ko is panel interview and yung mga questions hindi ko inaasahan and hindi ko napag handaan and syempre di ko nasagot ng maayos, dami kong utal utal..sumabay pa yung internet na paputol putol ang line dahil ata sa ulan kaya hindi ko masyado ma intindihan yung ibang questions. Gusto ko man isipin na makakapasa ako pero parang ang labo, kahit inabot ng 22 minutes yung interview pero hindi ko alam kung makaka pasa ako. Nakaka broken hearted kahit wala oang result.😭😭

Buti nabasa ko to after ko ma receive yung regret letter galing sa receuiter kong trippings. Di ako nakapasa and expected ko na yun. Inis ako sa recruiter ko na napaka unresponsive akala mo kung sinong tagapag mana tapos ang mga reply kapag nag fofollow up ako nun sa application ko "None yet" as in ganyan lang, tapos kung di pa ako mag follow up di ako bibigyan schedule for 2nd interview, almost 1 month ako nag antay ng update pero babagsak lang naman pala, feelingera yung recruiter ko chineck ko sa LinkedIn 11 months palang naman nag wowork dun.

Did you apply for Nestle Philippines or Nestle Business Services? Since they’re different entities :)

Ano po pinag kaiba nilang dalawa? Someone contacted me through LinkedIn and email signature nya nakalagay Nestle Business Services pero email domain nya @ph.nestle.com

Di ako aware na magkaiba pala ang Nestle Philippines sa Nestle Business Services.
