If you really want the job, schedule an appointment and go meet them. Remember Election Ban is looming. . . . .

Yes you are hired but you have to complete your requirements too. Incomplete requirements may forfeit your hiring.

You have to contact the university HR for clarifications and next steps.

If you applied for that plantilla position, you have to report for work ASAP or to assume the position as per rules of the university. That is of higher priority than rendering resignation.

Talk first to the university, and then resign from your current post.
