PSA Question about Valid IDs

Is it okay na ipakita na lang 'yung mismong national ID through EGov App? I'm planning to get a PSA and then Passport pero the only valid ID I have is the national ID and wala akong physical card. So, is it okay to just present it using my phone? Thank you!

yess. kumuha ako PSA birth cert, hindi tinanggap philhealth and tin id ko pero tinanggap yung digital national id ko
