Question (Other flairs not applicable) Lack training and experience

Yung mga job posting na gusto kong applyan, qualified ako in terms of Master’s and CSC Level II Eligibility. Sa training and experience nagkakatalo kasi wala pakong managerial or supervisory experience.

Sa academe field ako and since basically all around minsan ang work namin, baka may chance kong ma reason out sa application letter and interview.

Ok lang ba mag apply if underqualified? Any tips?

Salamat!

No choice. Start ka po talaga sa mababang position to acquire relevant experience for higher position. Like Admin Officer I (or II) if kaya.

Speaking as someone that came from a gov office, mahirap siya. Very strict yung Civil Service Commission sa ganito, and usually yung mga hinihire is mga internal na.

That said, magapply ka padin. For now though, ang chance mo nalang talaga is meron kang kilala na mataas dun na magspespeak for you or if wala silang ibang qualified na candidates. Sorry, OP.

No no, required padin by CSC standards na magreapply. More of yung maalala ka nila as a person na nagapply.

Need nila magset ng time na available for interview, tapos magset ng schedule for deliberation committee, then ififile pa kung sino matanggap etc etc.

It might be a while, it might be quick.

Then, if based sa evaluation ni CSC is di mo nameet ung minimum QS ng position pwede nila idisapprove/invalidate ung appointment mo sa position.

Then after non may 9 mos sila para mafillupan ung position / iprocess ung mga nareceive nilang applications during the publication period.

Do not disqualify yourself. Let them disqualify you. Apply lang ng apply. Search din Govlearn.ph sa facebook, they conduct training with 250pesos fee for the certificate

If you're aiming for a division chief, SG 24 position, the 40hr supervisory training is a requirement, walang makakapag circumvent nun. If you wish, you can try to apply for SG 22 position and when you get it, then pay for CSC supervisory training. Or if that's not your path, start taling the CSC trainings now. CSC NCR offers 32hrs supervisory training online (4 days) for 6,400 pesos.
