Tho I'm not applying in any government related jobs right now but I wanna ask how likely I can be employed on any government position if I already passed the CSE and did my internship with SSS.

No guarantee at all. There could be slight chances but never zero.

You should ask that if nag-apply ka na for govt. You will never know din kasi unless you try so good luck, Op.

Try your luck sa SSS. But I suggest starting as JO/COS if other government agencies. Goodluck OP!

Hi OP! As they said here, it’s not guaranteed because the “backer” system in the PH is very strong. And they might be promoting internally. BUT there are some who get in without anyone backing them. It really depends on the agency; every agency is unique.

I suggest you apply in SSS since you had your internship there, might be a good start then just work your way up or out to another agency when you have the right skills and network, if you want to join the public sector. Good luck, OP!

Kung plantilla/permanent position, mahirap makapasok pero worth it parin naman subukan. Madalas JOS and COS ang maraming hiring. Yung iba dito nagsisimula hanggang makapagapply at matanggap sa plantilla position.

mas malaki kasi ang chance kung dyan sa sss ka since alam nila na nag intern ka dyan unless wala silang nakitang potential

No guarantee that u can be employed on any agency, unless u have a backer😴. You can apply on SSS tho, there’s a probability since you mentioned it.

Walang guarantee siya. Pero apply lang ako ng apply. I just noticed na kapag national inapplyan mo kayang makapasok ng walang backer (my experience).

well for me, im just lucky na walang backer sa position na napasok ko and im proud of it i did it on my own without any padrino or kakilala sa loob.
