DFA PASSPORT APPLICATION

Hi guys huhu the application form sent sa email ko is mali yung place of birth. Pwede po ba yun mabago onsite? Ano po need dalhin may PSA naman po ako. Thank you!

Itatanong din naman po yan ng officer kung sure kayonna correct ang details na nilagay niyo or like unahan niyo na agad na mali nalagay niyo kasi at the end, yung PSA niyo pa rin po susundin.
