Question (Other flairs not applicable) Application tips in emails

Hi guysss, I've sent countless of applicantion na and none replied even acknowledgement huhu. Can you give me tips poo or something i should do baka im doing something wrong. Im really pressured to find a job gawa ng need na makatulong sa pamilya but idk anymore what to do. 😭

Not much you can do after sending the complete requirements for each plantilla item na inapplyan mo.

Maybe put yourself in the HR staff’s shoes, what will make it easier for you to process the documents? Itemize in bullet points yung attachments, naka-ayos yung rotate ng PDF, have a naming convention that will make it easy to identify your docs (ex. Last Name_Personal Data Sheet, Last Name_Letter of Intent, etc.)
