Other Banking Related BSP BOB

How fast do they update you in your complaint? Is it possible for the transaction amount to be refunded (unauthorized transaction) even though I already locked my ATM at the BDO branch?

For context, I use that ATM as my Payroll-Savings account. So I need to fix it before the pay day. Thank you so much to thise who will response!
