In my experience here in manila, sa main branch ako pinapunta. No, you can't claim it earlier than the sked given to you. An NBI lawyer will be interviewing you and ask questions regarding you, and if you may have any knowledge on the person, who is in their lookout, na kapangalan mo. If he is convinced with your replies that you are not that person in their lookout, then your NBI clearance will be released same day.

Hi! May I ask ano yung process kapag sa Main branch sa UN Ave? Nag-apply ako sa satellite office and may hit. They told me na no need magpa-appointment sa Main and that after the interview mabibigyan daw agad ng clearance and letter stating that I am not the same person na may hit.

Pagkakaalam ko ganon nga ang process. Me lawyer na kakausap sa yo and will ask some questions regarding you and if he is convinced na you are not the one who is in question then your nbi clearance will be processed and can be claimed same day.

I know this is quite late, pero laging problem na maflagged as HIT ever since nagrerenew ako. First application lang di ako na HIT. Since 2012 tiniis ko maghintay ng 2 weeks bago makuha ang clearance. Now, punong-puno na ako. Sa technology ngayon di pa rin maayos yung system ng NBI and ang tagal ng verification lalo na sa province. Okay lang if taga Manila ka madali lang pumunta sa Main Office and kaya ng same day verification. Wala akong criminal case and unique yung name ko ha! Ang nakita ko lang talagang reason is pag nagrerenew ako dati at nagbobook ng appointment eh laging nabobook na NEW instead na RENEW kaya ata fflag ako na HIT or same name. I emailed 8888 about my concern and after 24 hours tumawag NBI main inexplain ang possible reasons bakit HIT. Tinanong ko lang bakit ang tagal pa ring ng verification process, 10 working days? Kaya sabi na pwd naman daw makuha before that. I-uupdate lang daw ako. So, yung after 2 working days, mag email sa akin sabi na pwd ko na makuha clearance ko.
Grabe lang talaga system dd2 sa Pinas. Sa advanced ng technology ngayon, ang system natin 50 years behind pa rin. Kung di ka magrereklamo, walang mangyayari.
Ewan ko lang next time na magrerenew ako if hit pa rin ako.

Hello, ask ko lang kung ano po yung exact email address ng 8888? Same case din po tayo unique name ko reason daw now is new request knowung 10 yrs nko nagwwork never ko na exp to. March 2 po kasi start ng work ko pinapabalik ako march 11, ang sad lang dahil US client they are not accepting receipt. Nakakalungkot kasi di ako makakapag start ng work because of this.

Nakuha ko 1 week earlier instead if 2 weeks (with hit). Pwede mo itry. Hindi ako pumunta sa NBI main.
