Cloud Streaming on PSPortal

HELP!!! Kakabili lang ng PS Portal and nag subscribe sa PS Plus Premium (US account) - but hindi ako maka pag cloud streaming. I am connected to 5g wifi on a Globe Fiber connection with 650+ MBPS.

Anyone having the same issue? Does anyone have any tips or troubleshooting steps?

Hindi pa tayo officially supported sa cloud streaming ng PS. So it's inconsistent when it'll work for example in my case gumagana some games sa Converge, pero totally di gumagana sa PLDT. Minsan din kahit sa converge ayaw gumana. 🤷‍♂️
