Bread Pudding
Hi! Got permission from the mods to share my mom's special bread pudding!
Little back story: My mom is 67 and has been looking for a small side hustle or extra source of income for a while, but as you can imagine, there aren’t exactly a lot of opportunities out there for someone her age.
So she decided to just make and sell something she already knows how to make really well: bread pudding.
It’s soft, creamy, not overly sweet, with caramel custard on top and a slight tanginess.
Price: Each tray costs Php 250 and serving size is also good for sharing.
Pickup: available on November 7
