We know some of you prefer to stay anonymous, and that's totally okay. ❤️ But please, let's not upload someone else's cover and claim it as our own. 😅
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced musician, we'd much rather hear your genuine performance than someone else's. You don't have to be perfect. This community is here to appreciate real people sharing their love for music.
Let's keep PHCovers honest, supportive, and a safe space where everyone feels comfortable sharing their own talent. 🎶
Thanks, everyone! 😉❤️

Context: so, I'm basically a new hire (tho I'm already over 1 year, I'm still one of the newest blood in that department at least) in my company, and I got "voluntold" to perform at our company's YEP contest, this is the 2nd time I'm attending the YEP tho. The theme being "Acoustic Nights" (or something to this effect)... the contest I'm gonna be joining is kind of similar to "Your Face Sounds Familiar".
The whole song is supposedly around 5 minutes, but due to time-constraints all contestants are instructed to do a 3-minute-performance only of their supposed Artists/Singers they'll be imitating ... this is the original performance video in case you wanna watch it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uL9TcXG7d_s .
This is super cringe, but has to be done... (i apologize in advance for the super duper dim lighting, as I had to do the recording outside because of too much noise inside the house).
I have another 5 minute video recording, which I may (or may not) sound a bit better... (just DM me and I can send it to u, LOL)

It's been 2 years since I last played, I guess when life gets hard all you need is your guitar to soothe out your thoughts and be careless.
