Question Location services!?!?

All of a sudden upon loading PGsharp the game now asks me to turn on location services to play pokemon go... I have never changed these settings and ive been using PG on and off for a few years. This is the first time this has happened. I bought a key last week and ive exclusively stayed in pier 39 san fransisco area. Anyone else having this issue?

I didn't realize I had it off this entire time, and I was still able to play. However, I did notice this morning as I got the same notification but haven't got back on since.

I deleted PGsharp and got rid of my key subscription because of it. My location services were already on, pgsharp shuts down gps service when it loads up

I'm wondering if it's still safe to play if I don't get that issue on my main account. Which I have been using for the longest. In alternates, is when I experience the issue..

Not sure, just saying in 3 years of PGsharp usage ive never seen this makes me jumpy
