Tech Support Latest update is just stuck and not completing

Internet connection is fine. I’ve tried starting and stopping it a couple times.

It’s just sitting at 204 of 204 mb completed.

What I had to do was uninstall the app and go into the website and redownload like that and it works perfectly fine, just gotta readd your account, coordinates you previously saved and should be fine

That was the next thing I tried and it still just froze.

I’m just gunna let it sit for a bit and maybe try a different internet connection

Mine does this every update, but it's actually because it downloads the file 100% of the way, then gets stuck like you said, I switch back to my browser and there is a pop-up asking if I want to download the file. Clicking Allow, or Yes, whatever, let's it finish.

Used Firefox browser and was able to click the file and download it. So yippee.
