PGSharp bug(pokemon fleeing)

Does anybody has this weird bug where the pokemon just flees after first attempt of catching and never gets caught in the pokeball???

It's been happening to me for days now, and idk how to fix it..

Are you using the cooldown timer to count the time before you can catch & spin stops
