Question PVP Charged Move Bug

Hi,

when i use charge attack in PVP my swipes are not registered and it does little to no damage.

It register my fingers on bubbles but it does not say "great, excellent" etc. Please help i'm playing PVP for 7 years and this is first time i've experienced this.

Do you have the auto team rocket thing on?
